HOW TO CHECK HOW OLD IS YOUR BODY IS


I will show three ways to determine my biological age. It is clear that they do not claim to absolute accuracy, but you can rely on them.

Put your legs together and try to reach the floor without bending your knees. Your result will correspond to a specific biological age.

Retire, close your eyes and lift one leg. How much can you stand so?

Ask someone in a chaotic order to enter numbers from 1 to 25 into the cells. (Or use the table below). Note the time and try as quickly as possible to find all these numbers in ascending order (from 1 to 25).

If you find all numbers in 35 seconds or faster, this corresponds to the age of 20 years.

36-40 seconds - 30 years

41-50 seconds - 40 years

60 seconds - 50 years

Over 70 seconds - over 60 years old

I am 49 years old. In the first test, I showed the result of 20 years. And in the second and third - 40 years. (And in the third one I barely missed).
